Candidate Consent and Proctored Testing Agreement

By registering for and participating in the BookkeepingIQ assessment, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Identity Verification

I certify that I am the individual registered to take this assessment and that all information I have provided is accurate and truthful.  I agree to complete the assessment independently and will not:

  • Receive assistance from another person

  • Allow another person to take the assessment on my behalf

  • Use unauthorized resources or materials

  • Attempt to copy, reproduce, distribute, or disclose assessment content

  • Interfere with or circumvent proctoring procedures

I understand that BookkeepingIQ may verify my identity which may include verbal verification, capturing screenshots, or webcam images to confirm my identity.

Any violation may result in score cancellation, disqualification, revocation of certification eligibility, or notification to the sponsoring employer.

2. Proctored Testing

I understand and agree that this assessment is proctored to help ensure the integrity, validity, and fairness of the testing process. During the assessment, BookkeepingIQ may monitor my testing session through one or more methods, including but not limited to:

  • Live proctor observation

  • Webcam monitoring

  • Screen sharing and screen recording

  • Audio recording

  • Activity monitoring

  • Verification image captures

I understand and consent to the recording of my assessment session which may be reviewed by authorized BookkeepingIQ personnel for quality assurance, assessment validation, identity verification, security investigations, and dispute resolution purposes.  I authorize BookkeepingIQ to retain these records as part of my assessment file.

3. Sharing with Employers

If an employer, recruiting firm, staffing agency, or other authorized organization has requested, sponsored, or purchased this assessment, I authorize BookkeepingIQ to provide that organization with:

  • My assessment results and evaluation reports

  • Verification images captured during the assessment

  • Confirmation that I completed the assessment

  • Confirmation that identity verification procedures were performed

  • Information regarding testing integrity concerns, if applicable

I understand that BookkeepingIQ may disclose evidence related to identity verification and assessment integrity when reasonably necessary to validate assessment results.

4. Acknowledgment

By selecting "I Agree" and proceeding with the assessment, I acknowledge that:

  • I have read and understood this Candidate Consent and Proctored Testing Agreement.

  • I consent to recording, monitoring, and identity verification procedures.

  • I authorize the collection and use of verification images and assessment records as described above.

  • I certify that I am the individual completing the assessment.

  • I agree to comply with all BookkeepingIQ testing requirements.
