The Company website is a bookkeeping proctored assessments site. By using the Company website or services, you consent to the practices described in this statement. 

I. Collection of Your Personal Information 

The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of employers, job candidates, website visitors, and other users of our services. In order to better provide you with our services offered, the Company may collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide including: 

- First and last name 

- Company name 

- Mailing address 

- Email address 

- Phone number 

- Candidate's name and email address 

- Identify verification 

- Video or image verification during proctored assessment 

If you purchase the Company's services, we may collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. 

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through the Company's public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. 

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) sending us an email message, or (b) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. - to operate and deliver the services requested, such as delivering bookkeeping assessment, administering proctored testing, generate performance reports, verify candidate identities, issue certifications, process payments, respond to inquires, prevent fraud and misuse, comply with legal obligations and communicate regarding services and updates. 

- to provide you with information, products, or services requested. 

- to provide you with notices about your account. 

- to carry out the Company's obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection. 

- to notify you about changes to our www.bookkeeping-iq.com or any products or services we offer or provide through it. 

- to maintain the security of the Company's services and prevent fraud or misuse. 

- to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests. 

- For payment of a proctoring assessment and to get the candidate's contact information. The candidate will also be recorded and a picture of them will be taken to provide identify to the employer.. 

- in any other way we may describe when you provide the information.

The Company may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from the Company and its affiliates. 

The Company may request identity verification documents or photographs to confirm the identity of assessment participants. Such information is used solely for identity verification and assessment security purposes. 

III. Biometric Information 

We may collect biometric information about you, such as facial recognition data, or other biometric identifiers, in connection with certain services or features you elect to use. Biometric data is collected and used only with your consent, to provide and improve relevant features, to protect against fraud, and as otherwise permitted by applicable law. 

We will retain biometric data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required or permitted by law. We take reasonable and appropriate safeguards to protect biometric information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. 

IV. Sharing Information with Third Parties 

The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. 

The Company does not sell biometric data to third parties.

X. Assessment & Proctoring Data Collection 

During a proctored assessment, we may collect and record information necessary to verify identity, maintain assessment integrity, and prevent fraud. This may include: 

  • Webcam images or video 

  • Screen-sharing sessions

  • Screen or Audio recordings 

  • Identification documents 

  • IP addresses and device information 

  • Assessment activity logs 

  • Identity verification documents, if provided 

Such information is collected solely for assessment administration, identify verification, fraud prevention or misconduct, investigate suspicious testing activity, maintain assessment credibility and reporting assessment results. 

When an assessment is sponsored or requested by an employer, the Company may share assessment scores, evaluation reports, proctor observations, identity verification information, and other assessment-related findings with that employer. 

We retain personal information, assessment results, recordings, and identity verification records only for 1 year to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect assessment integrity. 

XI. Right to Revoke Consent 

You have the right to withdraw any consent you have provided for the processing of your personal data at any time. We provide accessible and user-friendly mechanisms to withdraw consent that are at least as easy to use as the mechanisms by which consent was originally provided.
