ASSESSMENT PREVIEW
See What Your Candidates Will Experience
Unlike traditional bookkeeping tests, BookkeepingIQ assessments take place inside a live QuickBooks Online company file.
Candidates complete realistic bookkeeping tasks while navigating the software they would use on the job, allowing employers to evaluate real-world performance instead of memorized knowledge.
From recording transactions and reconciling accounts to preparing journal entries and correcting errors, every task is designed to measure the skills required for success in today's bookkeeping roles.

Practical Tasks That Reflect Real Work
Every assessment is built around realistic bookkeeping scenarios that mirror the responsibilities candidates encounter in professional bookkeeping positions.
Depending on the assessment level, candidates may be asked to:
✔ Record income and expenses
✔ Process vendor bills and payments
✔ Categorize transactions
✔ Complete bank reconciliations
✔ Update customer and vendor records
✔ Record adjusting journal entries
✔ Identify and correct bookkeeping errors
✔ Follow detailed client instructions
✔ Complete month-end bookkeeping tasks
The goal isn't simply to test bookkeeping knowledge. It's to evaluate how candidates think, problem solve, and apply their skills in a realistic work environment.
